lost my part
dropped off a chainsaw for a chain swap. they lost the tensioning screw and now it sits in my shed useless. very unprofessional and no apology.

overcharged me
quoted me fifty bucks for a tune up and charged me double when i picked it up. they said parts cost more. never told me beforehand. bad business.

great small shop
they had the specific spark plug i needed for my old mower in stock. saved me a trip to the big city. knowledgeable and fast service.
