The items I rented are comfortable, but trying to reach someone on the phone to schedule a pickup has been a complete nightmare.

Delivery was way too late
They missed the scheduled delivery window by over four hours without calling me. Had to rearrange my whole day just to be home for them.

Convenient service for temporary furniture
The furniture was much nicer than I expected for a rental. It's a great option if you need to furnish a place on short notice.

Damaged furniture on arrival
The coffee table had a huge scratch on top when they dropped it off. They said they'd exchange it but never followed up with me.

Fantastic service and great quality
Everything was perfect. The delivery guys were careful with the furniture and made sure everything was set up exactly where I wanted it.
