The rental process is okay but their policies on early termination are really rigid. Just be careful what you sign before agreeing to the lease.

They missed the scheduled delivery window by over four hours without calling me. Had to rearrange my whole day just to be home for them.

The furniture was much nicer than I expected for a rental. It's a great option if you need to furnish a place on short notice.

The coffee table had a huge scratch on top when they dropped it off. They said they'd exchange it but never followed up with me.

Everything was perfect. The delivery guys were careful with the furniture and made sure everything was set up exactly where I wanted it.
