They told me I needed a new transmission, but it was just a loose sensor. Had to pay for the wrong part before finding out. Frustrated.

Slow turn around time

Unprofessional phone service
The person answering the phone was so rude that I almost didn't go in. The repair was okay, but the service was disappointing.
