They do great work but they are always so packed. I had to wait weeks for an appointment. The quality is worth it though.

Slow turn around time
My car sat in their lot for four days for what was supposed to be a one-day job. No communication on the delay either.

Unprofessional phone service
The person answering the phone was so rude that I almost didn't go in. The repair was okay, but the service was disappointing.
