The driver showed up eventually. He was nice enough and didn't damage my car, but it was just a long wait. I suppose if you are in a real bind they are a decent option to have on call.

I was told 30 minutes but waited for over two hours in the rain. Nobody called to update me. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Will not be using them ever again.

The tow was fine, but they charged a bit more than I expected for a short distance. I guess you pay for the speed though. They were polite and got my car handled safely at least.
