I know it's a Porsche, but the hourly rate is getting a bit extreme. Service was good, but the cost is hard to swallow.

Service was just okay
Took a while to get an appointment and the wait in the lounge was longer than expected. Work seems fine though.

Not enough loaner cars
I had to wait because they didn't have a loaner available for me. Service is fine, but logistics were lacking.
