Cancelled reservations constantly
I’ve had my reservation cancelled twice in a row due to 'maintenance'. It’s completely unreliable if you’re trying to plan a day on the water.

Boats are nice but limited
The boats are in great shape and well-maintained. However, on busy weekends, it’s very hard to reserve a boat that fits our family size.
