lemon on day one
bought a 2014 civic and the alternator went out on my drive home. called them up and they said it was sold as-is and they wouldn't do anything to help. spent an extra 400 bucks right away. completely unprofessional.

honest and helpful folks
i was really nervous about buying a used car but these guys made it easy. i worked with richie and he let me take the car to my own mechanic down the road in apopka to get it inspected before buying. mechanic said the brakes were a bit worn so richie took 300 bucks off the price so i could get them fixed. really honest people here, which is hard to find in the used car business nowadays.
