Came in for an oil change and ended up looking at new inventory. The service department is always on point. Dave in sales was helpful and answered all my questions about the latest models. Top notch.

The car is fine, but the wait to get into the finance office was a bit ridiculous. I spent three hours just waiting around. Once I got in there, things moved along fine, but the experience was exhausting.

The staff are friendly enough, but the place is chaotic. It felt like everyone was running in different directions. I got a fair price on a used Fit, so I can't complain too much, but be prepared to wait.
