Unreliable
Came in for a simple battery swap but they managed to strip a screw and didn't even tell me. I only noticed when I got home. Poor quality work.

Overpriced repair
They charged way more than I expected for a simple belt replacement. The cart works fine now but the bill was hard to swallow for a small job.

Poor follow up
