Tried to rent a loader and they messed up the reservation three times. Wasted half my morning waiting for them to fix it.

Helpful staff, good inventory
Dennis in parts was super helpful. Got me the right blade for my excavator on the first try. Only knock is the parking area is cramped.

Solid rental service
Rented a mini-ex for a week. The machine worked great with no issues. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth enough. Will rent again.

Reliable parts and service
Dennis is the best parts guy around. Knows his inventory by heart. Takes a little while to check out during busy hours though.

Good machines but pricey
The rental units are always well-maintained and run clean, but the daily rates have really gone up this year. Still worth it for reliability.
