They get the job done right but be prepared to wait a while if you don't have an appointment. Good mechanics but they need more front office help.

Brought my car for a diagnostic and they never called back. Had to go there in person to find out they hadn't touched it. Total lack of communication.

They replaced my water pump last month. The job took a bit longer than I expected but the work is solid. The owner is a good guy to talk to.

They did a good job fixing my alternator but it was a long wait in the lobby. The front desk person was helpful but the shop is always busy.
