They broke a bolt during a simple oil change and refused to pay for the repair. Rude staff and incompetent management. Avoid at all costs.

Mostly happy with the service
They got my semi back on the road quick. Only reason for 4 stars is that the shop was really messy and hard to navigate.

Disappointed in the lack of care
Took my truck in for a checkup and they left greasy prints all over the interior. Mechanic work was okay, but zero respect for the vehicle.

Good work, slow communication
The mechanical work is solid, but it takes forever to get a call back. If you have time to wait, they are great.
