I waited three weeks for a simple part and no one called me back. Finally went in and they had lost my order ticket. Total incompetence.

Outstanding tractor inventory

Avoid for major repairs
My tractor came back dirtier than when I left it and the same issue persisted. Very disappointing experience after waiting two weeks for a slot.
