Booked a class but they didn't have enough gear in my size, so we had to reschedule. Very disappointed with the lack of organization for the class.

Communication issues during booking

Professional and safe environment
The training here is top-notch. You can tell they really care about their students. The equipment was all very well-maintained and clean as well.
