I was treated like I didn't belong in the store. Unacceptable behavior for such a luxury brand. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Not the best service today

Good shoes but long wait
The store is beautiful but the wait times on a Saturday are ridiculous. You need to hire more people to handle the crowd.

Disappointed with the customer service
Waited 30 minutes just to get a size brought out. I love the brand, but the experience in this specific location is really lacking lately.
