We love the model we chose, but the delivery took about three weeks longer than promised. Aside from the delay, the house is great.

Okay overall, but communication issues
I had to keep calling for updates on our delivery status. Once the house arrived, it was perfect, but the process felt stressful.

Mostly pleased with the home
We love the house, though one of the doors arrived with a scratch. They replaced it quickly without any argument. Good customer service.

The Clayton team really knows the industry. They walked us through the energy efficiency upgrades and it was worth the extra cost.
