Decent rental experience overall

Hard to reach support

Easy scooter rental for vacation

Good gear but late dropoff
The scooter worked perfectly for our day at the park. Only complaint is the driver was about 45 minutes late picking it back up at the hotel.

Scooter had a low battery
The rental was easy but the battery on the scooter drained way faster than expected. We got stuck for a bit near the waterfront. It was an okay experience.
