Normally this place is fine, but today the person at the register was incredibly condescending because I asked a question about brake pads.

Nice bikes but slow service
The bikes are top quality, but it took three weeks to get a simple gear adjustment. They need more mechanics on the floor.

Ordered a specific handlebar part and they never called to tell me it arrived. Had to check back in after three weeks of silence.

My favorite bike shop
Best selection of cruisers and mountain bikes in Miramar Beach. Friendly staff and they always make sure my bike is tuned right before I leave.

Always helpful with maintenance
I ride a lot, and they always keep my bike in great shape. Knowledgeable staff who actually know how to properly service high-end gear.
