My boat wouldn't start on Sunday. Brought it in Monday morning and they had it ready to go by Tuesday. Can't thank them enough for the speed.

Overcharged
They did the work but the bill was much higher than the estimate they gave me originally. Felt like they added a lot of fluff charges.

Helpful staff
They were very polite when I dropped off the boat. Communicated clearly about the parts cost and when the work would be finished. Good experience.

Poor follow up
They missed a deadline and didn't bother to call me. I had to show up to ask what was going on. Repair was fine but the service lacked.

Fast turn around
They got my outboard serviced right before the season started. Friendly crew and very transparent about what was needed. Would recommend.
