Communication issues after dropping off car
They had my car for two days and nobody called me to update me on the parts status. I had to call them five times just to get an answer.

Avoid if you value your time
Scheduled an appointment but still had to wait two hours for a simple diagnostic check. Nobody seemed to care that I was sitting in the lobby forever.

Hidden fees ruined the deal
They quoted one price online, but by the time I sat down to sign, there were thousands in mysterious add-on fees. I ended up walking out.
