Avoid the service department
Went in for a simple brake job and they ended up charging me double what they quoted. Management was unhelpful when I asked for an explanation.

Okay service but parts delay
Took my car in for a recall fix. The service team was nice, but they didn't have the part in stock so I had to make a second trip back. Just inconvenient.

Nice people but understaffed
The folks here are very nice but they seem short-staffed. You have to wait a while to get someone's attention for basic questions, though they do good work.

Solid service but long wait times
Service department did a great job on my oil change and tire rotation. Kevin kept me updated, but the wait time in the lounge was way longer than expected.
