I was overcharged for the rental period. Took several phone calls to get it sorted out. They fixed it but it was a total headache to deal with.

Terrible service
Nobody could find my keys to the loader. Stood around for forty minutes while they argued amongst themselves. Won't be coming back to this location.

Easy rental process
Rented a skid steer for a landscaping project. Dropped off right on time and the unit was clean and ran perfect. Will use them again for sure.

Waste of time
Reserved a chipper two days ago. Showed up and they had no record of it and no machines available. Pretty frustrating when you have a crew waiting.

Mixed experience
Rented a trencher for the weekend. The machine worked okay, but the pickup process was a bit slow even though I had reserved it online ahead of time.
