Decent rental experience overall

Hardware was rusted and old
Most of the gear was fine, but a few of the base plates were heavily rusted and barely functional. It took way too long to get replacements from the office.

Terrible communication and late delivery

Good gear but tight parking
The scaffolding equipment is top tier and very easy to assemble. Getting my truck in and out of the yard was a bit cramped during rush hour, but the staff was helpful.
