Dropped my rig off for service and I had to call them three times just to get an update on when it would be ready. When I got it back, a part was still missing.

Good experience overall
Had a few questions after buying, and they were responsive and helpful. Nice to know they don't just forget about you once the check clears. Glad we chose to buy here.

Okay experience
The RV we wanted was there, but the paperwork took way longer than expected. Everyone was nice, but the process felt a bit disorganized compared to other dealers I've visited.

Wonderful team
