The apartment is lovely and the neighborhood is quiet. The management team is solid, though the initial paperwork felt a little bit lengthy.

Property is good, service is hit or miss
Sometimes they are great, sometimes they ignore my emails. The property is well maintained but the management team needs more support staff.

Poor communication after moving in
Once I signed the lease, it became very difficult to reach anyone in the office regarding my utility billing. Very frustrating experience.
