I have been here for six months and love it. No maintenance issues so far and the neighbors are all very friendly people.

Parking is tough
My apartment is great, but finding a parking spot near my building after 8pm is nearly impossible. Needs more parking space.

Great place to live
I have lived at the Cove for two years now. The office staff is always quick to fix any issues in my unit.

Not very happy
The trash compactor is always broken and overflowing. It is becoming a real eyesore and they need to address it immediately.

Great neighbors
Really enjoy the social vibe here without it being too noisy. It feels like a real community and the staff is wonderful.
