Dropped off my machine for a basic service and it took over three weeks to get it back. No calls were made to update me, which was quite frustrating.

Decent place, average prices
The shop is fine and they have a good amount of inventory, but I felt the prices were a little higher than what I find online. Service was okay.

Top notch machine repairs
My old machine was acting up and they fixed it right on the spot. Great prices and super knowledgeable folks working here. I will definitely be back.

Disappointed with store hours
Showed up during posted business hours and the door was locked. Wasted my entire morning driving here. Really wish they would update their website schedule.

Everything a quilter needs
Love coming here for my supplies. The staff is always smiling and happy to answer questions. They have the best selection of patterns in the whole county.
