Waited forever to be helped, then the associate was on their personal phone. Ignored me until I eventually left.

Store was closed early
Showed up at 6:45pm and they were already locked up despite the sign saying 8pm. Complete waste of my time.

Quick phone activation
Staff was helpful and got my new line activated pretty fast. Just wish they had more phone cases in stock.

Zero help when I had an account issue. They just told me to call the 800 number and walked away.
