Not great on trade-ins
They lowballed me on my trade-in offer significantly. I ended up selling it elsewhere. Very disappointing approach to negotiations.

Good car, good price
Got a good price on my new Nissan. The process took a little long but the end result was well worth it. Very pleased overall.
