Nice area, but lots of noise
The grounds are kept well and it's close to the water, but the neighbors can be quite loud in the evenings. It's an okay spot overall.

Peaceful place to live
I really love living here. It is quiet, clean, and the management is always quick to fix any issues with the site maintenance. Very happy.

Rent increases are tough
The park is nice, but the annual rent increase is getting expensive. It's getting hard to justify the cost for the level of service provided.

Maintenance requests are ignored
I've asked for tree trimming around my unit three times now and nothing has happened. Really disappointed with the follow-up from management.

Great community and well kept
Clean, quiet, and friendly. The management really cares about the park and it shows in how the common areas look. Great value for the price.

Solid park with great management
Really enjoy the community here. The only issue is that the visitor parking is quite limited. Other than that, everything is good.

Beautiful location in Crystal River
The park is well maintained and everyone is super friendly. I feel very safe and at home here. Highly recommended for long-term living.

Roads need some attention
The mobile home lots are nice enough but the roads inside the park are full of potholes. Hope to see some improvements made soon.

I've been here for two years and have zero complaints. The neighbors are great, the park is safe, and management handles everything perfectly.
