Brought in my mower for a repair and it took three weeks. They kept saying they were waiting on parts. Very frustrated with the delay.

Bad attitude from the service manager
The manager was incredibly condescending when I asked for a status update. The work wasn't done right the first time either.

Awesome parts department
Whenever I need parts for my brush hog, they have them in stock. It saves me so much downtime. Very convenient and reliable.
