They have all the parts you could want, but there is usually a bit of a wait at the counter. Definitely worth it though for the expertise they provide.

Wrong parts sent twice now
Ordered custom handlebars and they sent the wrong finish twice. It takes forever to get a live person on the phone to sort out the return. Very annoyed with the lack of attention to detail.

Awful service and rude staff
Called to check if a part was in stock and was put on hold for 20 minutes before being hung up on. Drove there anyway and the guy at the counter was super condescending. Never again.

Quick shipping on special orders
I had to special order a seat and it arrived sooner than expected. Great communication from the staff on when it would be ready for pickup.
