Communication was a total mess
Nobody knew what was going on when I arrived to donate my truck. Spent over two hours just sitting there. Very frustrated with the lack of organization.

Fast and helpful staff
Donating my vehicle was a breeze thanks to Steve. He helped with all the title transfers and answered my tax questions on the spot.
