I like the atmosphere. It is quiet and the employees seem to know their stuff well. I picked up a couple of things and left pretty happy overall today.

Found the place easy enough. The guys working there were polite and handled my request in about ten minutes. No complaints about the quality of the products.

Stopped by the headquarters to grab some cigars. The staff was pretty helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. It is a nice professional setup here.

I waited for over an hour and nobody even checked on me. It felt like I was invisible. I am really disappointed because I expected much better service today.
