Service department needs better management
Car was not ready when promised and nobody called me to update me. I had to call them three times just to find out if it was finished.

Wait times are just insane
I had an appointment but still waited two hours for a simple oil change. No one apologized or explained the delay. Service is okay, but logistics are poor.

Overcharged for simple repairs
Found out after paying that I was billed for extra labor hours that weren't authorized. Be careful when you sign off on your repair invoices.
