Terrible wait for simple repair
Took my leaf blower in for a simple fix and it took them three weeks. Kept getting the runaround every time I called to check on it. Never again.

Total waste of time and money
I bought a mower here and it broke within a week. When I brought it back, they refused to cover it under warranty. Extremely poor customer service.

Don't trust them with repairs
Brought my generator in for maintenance and it sat for two weeks before they even looked at it. Then they told me the parts were backordered for months. Avoid.

Expensive and slow service

They carry premium stuff, so expect to pay premium prices. The service is decent but sometimes the wait times are just ridiculous during the spring.
