I reserved a skid steer for 8am and no one showed up. Kept calling and got nowhere. Finally canceled and had to scramble elsewhere. Very poor communication.

The machine ran fine but they billed me for extra hours I didnt even use. Tried to talk to the manager but got the runaround. Disappointed in the billing.

Had an issue with a loader and Dave came out to look at it. He fixed it right there in the yard. Really solid experience overall.

Called for a backhoe and they had it ready within two hours. Carlos handled the delivery and made sure I knew the controls before taking off.
