Waited too long for help
Store was understaffed today. I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me pull a part from the back, and no one apologized for the delay.

Not helpful, won't return
The clerk didn't seem interested in helping me find the right part. Just pointed to an aisle and walked away. Poor service overall.
