They are friendly, but we have had inconsistent drop-off times which hurts our inventory management. Could be improved.

Great distribution for our cafe
We use them for all our frozen dessert needs. Always on time and the product is fresh. Great communication from the office.

Delivery was late twice this month
We rely on prompt delivery, but our orders have been sitting on the truck too long. Our product ended up melting twice.
