The house is fine but the HOA is way too strict about everything. Can't even keep a small trailer on the side yard.

Constant issues with build quality
Living here has been a nightmare. The roof leaked twice in the first month and management ignores every email I send about repairs. Total waste.

Quiet neighborhood and great neighbors

Zero communication from management
It is impossible to get a straight answer here. They promised a fence install date and now they just ghost us. Very frustrating.
