Lack of transparency on survey
The boat had issues that were conveniently left out of the initial report. Once I signed, they went completely silent. Very disappointed with how they handled the after-sale.

Great yachts, long closing
Beautiful selection and very helpful brokers. My only nitpick is that the closing took about two weeks longer than I was initially told. Aside from that, it was perfect.
