I love the chair I bought, but the shipping was delayed by three weeks without notice. The store staff were nice when I followed up, but the communication could be better.

So glad I stopped by. I found the perfect lounge chair and the staff made sure I knew about all the fabric options. Very happy with the level of service provided.
