Love the boat build but it took two extra weeks due to some supply chain issues with the console parts. Otherwise, top tier work.

Expected better communication for price
Paid a premium for a custom build but getting hold of the shop for status updates was like pulling teeth. Pretty frustrated with the lack of transparency.
