Took way too long for financing
Spent five hours here waiting on financing approval even though I had my own pre-approval ready to go. Very frustrated by the lack of urgency from the finance office today.

Good inventory but slow service
They have a nice selection of trucks on the lot. I found what I wanted, but the communication during the final prep stage was a bit spotty. It eventually got sorted out.

Great deal on my new truck
