Poor communication
Don was hard to reach and didn't follow up on my questions like he promised. I ended up having to do a lot of the work myself which defeats the point.

Good car broker
Don found the truck I wanted and got a decent price. He is professional and knows how to talk to the dealership guys to get a better deal.
