Frustrating experience with glasses order
The exam was fine but my glasses order was a complete mess. Took three weeks to get them and they didn't even call me when they arrived. Very poor communication.

Great doctor, slightly long wait
Dr. Lam is truly wonderful, but I had to wait about twenty minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Other than that, everything was perfect.
