I returned to find a large scratch on the hull that wasn't there before. Beth refused to take responsibility and acted very defensive. Avoid.

Excellent service and storage
Diane runs a tight ship. My boat stays in the dry storage and it is always returned to the water in pristine condition. Highly recommend.

Great facilities and friendly staff
Pamela is very helpful with scheduling service. The only slight nit is that parts shipping can take a while if they are out of stock on specific engine components.

Laura handles the billing and administrative stuff with great efficiency. Never had a complaint in three years of storing my boat here.
