We booked online but when we got there the bikes provided were in rough shape. One had a flat and the other was super rusty. Very disappointing experience.

I returned the bikes on time but they charged my card for two extra days. Took forever to get ahold of someone to fix the billing error. Check your receipts.

The bikes were great quality and perfect for a beach ride. Only downside was waiting 20 minutes for someone to help us at the desk, but it was busy.

Pretty frustrating rental because the chain kept coming off on my bike. Had to stop constantly to fix it. Ruined the flow of our ride.

The guy at the counter was rude and acted like answering our questions about paths was a total burden. Maybe he should find a job that doesn't involve tourists.
